Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Winnipeg, MB (Hybrid preferred: 1–2 in-office days/week)
Employment Type: Part-time or Full-time (flexible based on candidate)


About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in SEO to take ownership of our organic and paid digital growth efforts, with a primary focus on developing and leading marketing strategies and then executing them end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, organized, and equally comfortable diving into keyword strategy and performance metrics as they are crafting compelling, conversion-focused ad copy and content. You will be responsible for building and implementing data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and measurable business growth, while leading execution across SEO, search engine marketing (SEM), and paid social (Meta Ads). 
 
Key Responsibilities

SEM (Search Engine Marketing)

  • Plan, build, and manage paid search campaigns

  • Optimize campaigns for performance

  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies

  • Analyze and report on campaign performance with actionable insights

 
Paid Social (Meta Ads & Beyond)

  • Develop, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences

  • Continuously test creative, messaging, and funnel strategies

  • Stay current with platform updates, privacy changes, and best practices

 
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and off-page)

  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and search intent mapping

  • Optimize website structure, content, and metadata for improved rankings

  • Monitor performance and comprehensive analytic reporting

  • Collaborate on content strategy to drive organic growth

Copywriting

  • Write high-converting ad copy, landing pages, email campaigns, and website/blog content.

  • Ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audiences

  • Optimize content for both SEO and paid performance

 
Qualifications

Required

  • Education and proven experience (3+ years preferred) in marketing, SEO, SEM, copywriting, and paid social advertising

  • Demonstrated success managing and scaling digital campaigns

  • Strong copywriting skills with a portfolio of work (ads, landing pages, or similar)

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Deep understanding of analytics, tracking, and conversion optimization

 
Preferred

  • Experience working in a hybrid or collaborative team environment

  • Familiarity with CRO (conversion rate optimization) principles

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify)

  • Experience with email marketing platforms and funnel strategy

  • Ability to manage budgets effectively and forecast performance

We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning ideas into compelling visuals across print, web, digital, and social media. You’ll play a key role in helping our clients tell their stories through bold, thoughtful design.

What You’ll Do

  • Design for a range of media including social, digital, print, web, packaging, and presentations.

  • Collaborate with our internal team and clients, to develop creative concepts that align with client goals and brand identities.

  • Produce engaging work using Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Ensure consistency across marketing materials, both digital and print.

  • Manage multiple projects at once, balancing deadlines with creativity.

  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep work fresh and relevant.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven design experience supported by a strong portfolio (educational background in design or equivalent professional experience).

  • Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and multimedia design.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

  • Proficiency in Web Design, from concept to completion (Squarespace, Wix, etc.)

  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines/time effectively, prioritize tasks, and deliver with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Willingness to collaborate with both clients and teammates.

  • Bonus: experience in video editing, motion graphics, or photography.

We’re looking for an experienced and inspired Social Media Creative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who can balance creativity and strategy — developing marketing plans while also bringing them to life through engaging content.

 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Manage social media accounts for a variety of clients across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Develop and implement monthly strategic social media plans tailored to each client’s goals.

  • Create compelling content: graphics, create and edit videos/reels, copywriting.

  • Stay on top of social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content is fresh and relevant.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team to create compelling content, manage social media platforms, and analyze performance metrics to help drive brand growth.


What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and social).

  • Manage and update content across social media channels, websites, and email platforms.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.

  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as presentations, graphics, newsletters, and proposals.
